Clayton Florist Order Notifications
Program Description
Clayton Florist operates a transactional SMS program to communicate with customers about their orders. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Clayton Florist at the mobile phone number you provided at checkout. Messages may include:
- Order confirmations
- Order status updates (in production, ready for pickup, out for delivery)
- After-hours kiosk unlock links for pickup at our store location in Clayton, NC
- Delivery confirmation messages, which may include a photo link
- Order-related customer service responses
This is a transactional program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.
How to Opt In
To enroll in our SMS program, check the box labeled “YES, Send Me SMS Order Updates” during checkout at claytonncflorist.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your affirmative action to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may complete a purchase without opting in to SMS.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your order. Most customers receive between 1 and 4 messages per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Clayton Florist does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, opt in at checkout on a future order.
