Our standard delivery hours are between 9AM and 7PM, but during high volume holidays, this time may be expanded.
Business deliveries are typically completed earlier in the day when possible, and we aim to complete business deliveries before the end of the standard business day at 5PM.
We are unable to accept specific time requests for delivery, although funeral deliveries are verified with local funeral home directors to ensure they are in place prior to the service.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 1:00PM.
Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Because deliveries are grouped by route, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
